Update crates.yaml #38

Added revonet, in response to the https://github.com/anowell/are-we-learning-yet/issues/28#issuecomment-441149512

Is there any reason for explicitly including the repo, doc link, and license? The publishing job pulls them from crates.io metadata if it's available and in particular wouldn't require re-updating the doc link every time a new version is published..

@anowell nope, no particular reason. I was basically confused by the way other repositories were described in the file: minimalistic at the beginning and then more detailed towards the end. If additional links are not needed, I have no problem removing them.
