Special Spell Timer will make Cactbot plugin stop working altogether #355

Describe the bug I use both Hojoring's SpecialSpellTimer and Cactbot raid alert and timeline in ACT, they worked fine together before, but after the recent Hojoring update, if I have Hojoring SpecialSpellTimer installed in my ACT, Cactbot will stop working. If I delete the Hojoring plugin Cactbot will work again.
