Having 2 boxes for a single class (sequence diagram) #16

Apologies, I'm not very sure about this, but I don't recall seeing any sequence diagram that has 2 entities (eg :Ui box) on a single lifeline?

The entity boxes are printed at the top and bottom of the diagrams for better clarity and ease of reference. It is a non-issue as the naming at both top and bottom are consistent.
