Player & Monsters Dead State

When the Player energy or the Monsters heath reach zero the shall enter the dead state where:

• on Player death:
  • the death animation is started
  • at the end of death animation the game stops (enters in game-ended state)
  • all controls are removed
• on Monster death:
  • the death animation for the actual monster type is started
  • the monster is removed from the game world
