problem with typeset poster.tex

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I downloaded baposter from ba's website and unzipped with winRAR. I found 
some weird stuff. some files in the newgenerated baposter folder were being 
overwritten showing shrec_pr.tex are already existent in baposter foler . There 
are 4 of these files. 

2. Whether I chose overwritten or not, it all turned out that PCtex cannot find 
pgflibrarytikzdecorations.code.tex. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was expecting correct typesetting of poster.tex. I am a beginner!

This is probably not related to baposter.cls.

Your latex installation seems to be broken. Try to compile any of the tikz 
examples, and make sure that you have installed a current version of pgf/tikz.
