Network window continuously clear and refresh , unable to select and click on a neighbour #139

Hello. Thank you for forking and maintaining this program.

The network window continuously clear and refresh and redraw server list. I did not have this on the 2.7.10.2 Running Windows 10 64b, 2.7.10.5 See video bellow. https://github.com/ansani/Shareaza/assets/14594410/b8e9bac7-f251-4aea-869b-abb24206ce02

Its version 64 bit problem, not happen in 32 bits.

Workaround : use the 32bits version.
