Node.js 16 actions are deprecated. Please update the following actions to use Node.js 20: actions/checkout@v3, gittools/actions/gitversion/setup@v0.9.15, microsoft/setup-msbuild@v1.3, gittools/actions/gitversion/execute@v0.9.15, actions/upload-artifact@v3.
