Loosing settings under Wine #160

I use/test shareaza under wine.

Shareaza looses many Options/Extended options. After restart, they have the default values.

This happens in the old sourforge-version and in this fork.

Hi @JamesOlvertone! Can you send the wine release you are using and the OS?

Which settings are you talking about?

wine-6.0.3 (Ubuntu 6.0.3~repack-1), Xubuntu 22.04

I use the 32 bit version of shareaza, under wine in Win 8 Mode, not with wine64

All setting that can be set in the dialog Tools/Shareaza Settings:General, Internet, Network,...

I disable "allow browsing library". On the next start it is enabled. Same for many other settings: Save Path, Incomplete Path, Fonts.FontSize (after restart its on the default 11px again)

General/Web: disable all link handlings. After restart they are all enabled.

Network settings: Use ed2k and gnutella are disabled after restart.
