Investigate Alternative Frontend options #7

The current interface is based on Gradio. However Gradio has some limitations (e.g. the size of the chat window, ease of conversion to a mobile app). This would investigate alternative interfaces, including:

Vercel (great Javascript UI)
Flutter (great Web/iOS/Android UI)
