why does this need access to the Google billing service? #7

For inApp donation purpose .

This app doesn't have internet permissions. So, it binds with the 'inApp billing service' by Google only when you open 'Donate' dialog box either by touching '❤' icon or 'donate' from menu, and then make a billing request only when you press the 'donate' button in 'donate' dialog box
