- recipes: store in database, use fulltext search, automatically categorize and 
set tags. Export-import database. Identify existing recipes by hash code.

- privoxy config manager: compact user actions config: analyze log and exclude 
(comment?) unused patterns. exclude overloaded patterns.
allow to choose log file, other from default location. Default location 
specified in settings.
Gui for some options in main config, backup config file.
