server error on first page of epub #169

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload the attached epub file
2. go to the document
3. click on "next" 
4. see a very unhelpful server error

This small epub has two very minor errors, but nothing apparently related
to this error. 

The error ONLY occurs on this first page and not the other pages in the epub.

If the error message gave me enough info to fix the epub, that would be
swell...

This is fixed; Bookworm was attempting to treat a non-CSS <link> element as a 
stylesheet.
