image resizing #3

I think we need to keep two copies of image: big one for image viewer on jewel_page and small one for showing icons

Image resize was added. Now we're keeping an original image and a 'small' image file(250px width by default). But there's is still some problem when we have an image with height >> width. The jewel blocks on the main page are not displayed correctly.
