Describe the bug this page is unaffected by generated styles

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: visit site and turn on reading mode

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Additional context this may be due to a css layer behavior specific to that page and needs further investigation
