[FEATURE] CLI tool for converting html

For large PDF converted html, jiffy reader works but very slow, can I finish the binoic-reading-convertion "offline" without doing it every time I opened this html file?

I realize that we can use chrome's print to pdf function.. But I still have to divide a large book into several small sections to avoid jiffyreader crashing.
