A good feature could be to switch to a specific font like Luciole or custom user font when the addon is activated:

Maybe be able to use specific a specific CSS code when addon is enabled ?

Why it's needed:

Certain website use fonts where the bold isn't bold enough, which makes jiffyreader almost invisible.

Workaround

Had to install another plugin which forces my browser font over the website author font. I actually set luciole as my browser font as per the suggestion above. Works well!
