heroku setup #1

I can push the repo to heroku but can not get it running, any chance of a heroku deployment guide?

sorry just saw this - we looked at it and heroku requires a web server setup, so I'm not familiar enough with the slack api atm (a little bit swamped overall) to refactor the slackwolf into utilizing a REST API.

If i do end up doing it, I'll be sure to update
