Update ReadMe. Details in description #149

Since past few PRs , I have noticed that people are adding their projects but not their names to contributors list.

Update ReadMe to clearly mention the following -

  1. Add your android project.
  2. Add your name to Contributors list.

People doing both will only get their PRs merged.
