Install error in remote server (v1.8.11)

= What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload the glossword package to the root 
directory of the remote server.
2. Try to start the install process by entering 
the web address.
3. It shows an error and won't initiate the 
install process.

= What is the expected output? What do you see 
instead?
It didn’t initiate the install process and 
showed the following error page,
Database error: Could not mysql_connect
(localhost); to the database server (localhost, 
root).
MySQL Error: ()
Database error: Could not select database 
(glossword1_8_9).
MySQL Error: ()
Headers already sent in /home/rwnfrnnd/public_
html/wachanakoshaya.co.cc/lib/class.db.mysql.php

Glossword version: 1.8.11
Web browser: Mozilla Firefox 3.0.8

Currently I'm using the x10Hosting web hosting 
service.
Previously I did install this same glossword 
package on a different server without any 
problems.

I see that installation at http://wachanakoshaya.co.cc/ works. I can even see 
Sinhala
characters.

Thanks Dimitry for your reply and for this great project.
Yes it’s working.. :D but with a different hosting service.
Earlier I couldn’t solve the issue. So I decided to keep it with the old 
hosting 
service which I initially tested without any problems.
