This error means that Google is not able to retrieve the file. This is why
Google viewer cannot be used in intranet etc.

If it's the case that you host the page on intranet, then the only solution is
to move it to public internet.
But if it is in public internet, you can send me url to your service and test
account so I can check it.

Somehow the document cannot be downloaded from the server. Either your server
does not allow session id, or there is some error.
You should turn on debug logging and get the log after the error, see
troubleshooting wiki for instructions.

That's the exactly same error i get from google viewer, and both of us are in
public, so... at least i'm not alone :)

i'd really like to be able to fix this, or use and internal pdf viewer, or even
open it in adobe acrobat, or some other pdf viewer, if anyone could help with
that??
