What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When logged into the admin/backend page and clicked on the users tab and the
go to remove a published folder from a user, I click the user then go down to
published folder and click on the one I want to remove then click on the remove
button and I am then greated by an error "405 - HTTP verb used to access this
page is not allowed. The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because
an invalid method (HTTP verb) was used to attempt access."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: The Published Folder is removed.
Actual Outcome: The following error and no removed folder: "405 - HTTP verb
used to access this page is not allowed. The page you are looking for cannot be
displayed because an invalid method (HTTP verb) was used to attempt access."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using version 1.8.9.3 and it is running on a Windows 2008 R2 server using
IIS7. Tried multiple browsers however no joy.

Please provide any additional information below.
