pb with plugins

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.no plugin run
2.just write 'change_password' at the end to make it running
3.no localization, no mail notification, ...nothing just 'change password' only 
if it is at the end of configuration.php

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.9.3

Please provide any additional information below.
i'd like mollify in french...

Unfortunately I don't understand what this issue means
- what is "pb with plugins", problems with plugins?
- what do you mean "no plugin run"? no plugins work? what plugins do you have? 
what have you tried? any errors?
- what do you mean "just write change_password at the end to make it running"? 
End of what? I certainly don't have a clue where do you put "change_password" 
to make anything to work. At least Mollify does not have this kind of "feature" 
or whatever you could call this. 
- the last thing, "no localization"? for what? how does this relate to plugins?

So please, be more specific and get PHP error log and 
configuration.php/index.html that could help a little more to understand what 
is the problem. And I guarantee, don't write "change_password" to anywhere, it 
does not affect anything.
