3-4 times non-stop dropping and closing of instructions after clicking on instruction button in add folder menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select the already created folder and then click on add folder
2. On clicking instruction button, instructions part show but close instantly
3. Sliding up and closing of instructions goes on until mouse is removed from 
the instruction button
4. This sliding up and down goes for 3-4 times while the mouse over the 
instruction button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On clicking instructions button, instructions for adding folder should display 
until it is closed on clicking instruction button again.
Instead of it, it is regularly sliding up and down (3-4 times and stops), till 
mouse hovered over instruction button

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mollify_1.8.9.3
