icon view has a scroll bar #473

On 2.1.3
On icon view if the file name is larger than the icon, we get a scrollbar, 
tested on firefox and chrome

argg sorry this one has vanished with a cache clean... but long names are still 
a problem, considering a truncated filename would be an option
