DNF is to replace yum on a AIX system (to work with Python3 instead of Python2). A test tarball is available from Sanket to install Python3 and dnf on a system.

[x] Install dnf
[x] Test dnf.
[x] Use a playbook to install a package using dnf.

Only available only on AIX 7.3
