Power Cloud management #91

Maybe useful to start building Ansible collection for Power Cloud management. Might be another IBM team working on this?

There are a lot of module for GCP cloup management: https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/collections/google/cloud/

If yes, lost the use cases, various modules (and create an Epic for this work).

Yes, there is ongoing work in this space.. for VPC and also Power. https://github.com/IBM-Cloud/ansible-collection-ibm I used several of the modules when creating the provisioning demos for IBM Think.
