CI - workflow to test modules generator #82

CI - Github action workflow to generate modules/validate that all modules are generated as defined in config/modules.yaml

@abikouo Can you also please update the CI documentation with this workflow? We should probably add a note on how the release process works overall. And in the case of manual release, which are the information that should be provided.
