Proxmox SDN support #4669

Summary

Hi All would it be possible to add support for proxmox's SDN implementation also that it would be possible to add and manage networks etc from ansible.

the SDN is described here https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/api-viewer/index.html#/cluster/sdn
