udm_user Add feature to set Posix UID

Summary

Regarding https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/collections/community/general/udm_user_module.html - there is no Parameter to specify the Users "Posix UID".
In some cases it is needed, to set this Posix UID "by hand". It would be really nice, if this can be added!
