Add a ModifyAccount or ModifyAccountTypes command to the redfish_command module #9058

Summary

I would like to modify existing Redfish account types (as opposed to only setting at account creation time)

Opening new issue per discussion in: (https://github.com/ansible-collections/community.general/pull/6871) where the "add" functionality was introduced.

This should support both:

modification of an existing Redfish Account
