Update links to documentation in readme #438

SUMMARY

Update the links in the readme to always point to the docs site instead of some to github.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Note that the links (on main) point to the docs for Ansible 2.10 which does not (yet?) have a page for the helm_template module. I'm not sure how this should be handled. Maybe all links should point to latest instead?

@lentzi90 Thanks for the PR. Please refer https://github.com/ansible-collections/kubernetes.core instead of this repo since community.kubernetes is officially renamed to kubernetes.core.
