SUMMARY

When the proxysql_query_rules_fast_routing module appears on https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/collections/community/proxysql/ , update the README. Now the new module isn't present on Galaxy page (this info is taken from README).

@markuman i think we should preemptively change README adding new modules / plugins to the list. We can predict how doc URLs will look like. I'll change the release manual correspondingly.
