[IMPORTANT] Missing PSF-license.txt file #125

SUMMARY

plugins/module_utils/_version.py mentions licenses/PSF-license.txt, which doesn't exist yet.

Please also add that file (from https://github.com/ansible/ansible/blob/devel/licenses/PSF-license.txt) to all branches that contain plugins/module_utils/_version.py. As pointed out in https://github.com/ansible-collections/community.general/pull/4675#issuecomment-1127245658 by @gotmax23, ansible-core includes an older version of the license file (see also https://github.com/ansible/ansible/pull/77805). It's better to pull the updated license from https://github.com/python/cpython/blob/v3.9.5/LICENSE (which contains multiple other licenses as well that can be stripped).

Please create a new release ASAP once this is fixed. Thanks!
