Need credentials configured for galaxy publishing #2

We need ansible galaxy token saved on https://github.com/ansible-collections/community.vagrant/settings/environments/686283652/edit in order to be able to publish collection to https://galaxy.ansible.com/

We configured zuul to make the releases.
