vmware_host_logbundle fails with: failed to fetch manifests from https://esxi1.test/cgi-bin/vm-support.cgi?listmanifests=1: HTTP Error 409: Conflict #573

CI failure with vcenter 7.0.0.

@goneri I don't think we still have this problem at the moment. If you think we still have it, please re-open the issue.

Or, even better, open a new one mentioning this. I'm trying to find outdated issues at the moment and opening a new one would make it more clear to me that this is still a problem.
