FYI, the CI errors are related to metadata access on the Ansible Galaxy API:

Error when getting collection version metadata for ansible.windows:1.7.0 from default (https://galaxy.ansible.com/api/) (HTTP Code: 429, Message: Too Many Requests Code: Unknown)
