SUMMARY

community.windows.win_hotfix module failed to install hotfix on Windows Server 2019 with error code: 0x800f0840 which outputted after rebooting Windows host even though an Ansible task status is "changed".
This issue doesn't occur on Windows Server 2016 and 2012R2.

ACTUAL RESULTS

Failed to install hotfix on Windows Server 2019 while on Windows Server 2016 and 2012R2 are successful.
