On June 27th, ansible-core will be updated to drop controller support for Python 3.9. Once https://github.com/ansible/ansible/pull/80973 is merged, the devel version will require Python 3.10 or newer.
Target Python versions are not affected.
Maintainers should update their CI test matrix to remove Python 3.9 from their controller devel testing if applicable.
