Why this repository #69

I was searching on a way to interact with snow with help of ansible. Searching around I found this repository, however I don't understand why it was created instead of adding support to https://github.com/ServiceNowITOM/servicenow-ansible?

This sound counter productive to have 2 different collections for the same target. The community is not that big and it sounds like it will only slow down the innovation.

@absynth76 we understand the concern.

This repo is a Red Hat sponsored effort to produce something to address the needs of our enterprise customers we were hearing. We evaluated the servicenow-ansible content and determined starting something new was necessary with where we needed to take things. Another issue was a change in the ServiceNow's API that would have necessitated a significant rewrite of the existing content. It was a nice piece of work and well intentioned, but transforming that would have been more difficult and time consuming than starting anew as we did.

I did reach out to one of the maintainers of that project to see how we could consolidate efforts. I need to follow up on that.
