Update announce messages #579

Idea is to incorporate some changes from https://github.com/ansible-community/ansible-build-data/pull/258 to be able to close that PR. @anweshadas and me will work on this during today's Collab session.

@gotmax23 I wanted to keep it as a draft for a few days so everyone has a chance to comment. I guess it's OK to change that now :)
