add space to ansible-matrix-announcement.j2 #605

Add extra space before the emojis so it renders better in the forum for the bullhorn posts.

You need to adjust the corresponding test files in the announce-* subdirectories of https://github.com/ansible-community/antsibull/tree/main/tests/test_data as well.

The "dumb PyPI on GH pages" failure is unrelated (@webknjaz this is one reason why that workflow should end up in ansible-build-data, since there's nothing that this repo can do against that one failing in 99% of the cases).
