It's funny that GitHub shows a green CI despite one workflow having errors: https://github.com/ansible-community/antsibull/actions/runs/10515349525

In any case, I'm going to remove that commit since we still have to install antsibull-docutils: the reason is that OTHER_ANTSIBULL_MODE=local makes nox fail if it's not there.
