Resolves issue #3 by updating the readme to include the correct url to install the chart: https://ansible-community.github.io/awx-operator-helm/

This PR also makes some minor formatting changes to the README to follow best practices for markdown.

Thanks @howardjones The operator docs should get updated soon after https://github.com/ansible/awx-operator/pull/1938 gets merged.
