  1. Create a Google doc with:

    • all the responsibilities (e.g. instruqt, ppa, pypi packageing, etc.)
    • links to all related issues / services (e.g. that one about creating collection skeletons)
    • any nuances teammates should to know

  2. Share the doc with teammates
