This change removes the busywork of having to update the year listed, every year, as well as more closely align with the actual contributors, which extend beyond Red Hat.
We should open issues on each of the ecosystem projects to change their copyright to match this (as well as link to the reasoning).
A number of docs in the ecosystem use something like "Copyright 2024, Red Hat". Based on https://pagure.io/fedora-websites/issue/1078, and https://www.linuxfoundation.org/blog/blog/copyright-notices-in-open-source-software-projects, the Ansible package docs switched to "Copyright Ansible Project contributors".
