Cross-projects contributor exp: Create two lists:

Tasks we can do ourselves as a team to fix things listed in the epic. Example: submit a PR with a communication guide template.
Tasks we can recommend but cannot do ourselves. Example: changing a versioning convention, changing a primary communication platform.

Created a google doc as it's imo better for per-item discussion, please share your thoughs

The google doc has been created. Closing this one. When the things from the google doc are done, we can re-evaluate thing. Let's do it in an iterative manner
