We have different dependencies across the Ansible ecosystem. We need to determine what exists and who is maintaining it across the following areas at least:

[ ] Docs toolchain
[ ] VM inventory
[ ] Matrix/Forum maintenance documentation
[ ] Document the resulting inventory
