Task: Make it possible to switch easily between projects in the Ansible RTD namespace #546

It should be easy for users to navigate between projects under the ansible namespace. One solution is to add a drop-down menu to the navigation bar in the sphinx and mkdocs themes. Another solution might be to create a custom fly-out or RTD widget.
