Blog migration clean up: part one, hubspot images #383

Partially resolves issues #353 and #354

Replace all hubspot image references with local images
Remove decorative and redundant images
Replace some google user images with local images
Edit and santize markdown formatting for archive blog posts
Clean up ansible.com references
Add alt text to images where needed
