Support installing extra collections #41

The community.aws collection relies on a documentation fragment from amazon.aws.

In an ideal world this could be cloned from the same branch that the PR's against (eg stable-3 of amazon.aws and stable-3 of community.aws), however, this is a reasonable first approximation.

It would be even better if simply the dependencies from galaxy.yml would be installed, but for now this is good enough :)
